Conditions of the reservation and cancellation policies.
All the information provided at the initial moment of the reservation is merely informative and will not become effective until approximately 20% of the total is paid by bank transfer or in the restaurant (for groups of 12 people or more). This is important to make sure that we close the reservations for that day as soon as possible and not have problems with the date. In case of confirming the reservation we will send you the account number to make the payment of the same.
The realization of the reservation supposes the acceptance and conformity on the part of the client of these conditions.
Modifications will be accepted (depending on the availability of the restaurant) with a minimum of 5 days in advance. Any modification or cancellation executed outside the established period will mean the early loss of the reservation.
Regarding the particular conditions of the event, you should consult and confirm with the person in charge of our restaurants (chosen menu, duration, assigned space…)
