All information provided at the time of initial reservation is for informational purposes only and will not be finalized until a 20% deposit of the total amount has been paid by bank transfer or at the restaurant. This is important to ensure availability. In case of confirming the reservation we will send you the account number to make the payment of the same.
Changes to the date, time, or number of guests (depending on restaurant availability) will be accepted with a minimum of 5 days’ notice. Any modification or cancellation executed outside the established period will mean the early loss of the reservation.
Regarding the specific conditions of the event, please consult and confirm with the person in charge of our restaurants (chosen menu, duration, assigned space, etc.).
5 days before the event you have to send a list with the choice of the second courses. The total number of guests will be confirmed 3 days before the event. That will be the minimum to be billed.
The menus are fixed and cannot be modified. Each diner must have a menu (except for children under 2 years old).
The realization of the reservation supposes the acceptance and conformity on the part of the client of these conditions.
